
Winifred Flach, M.A.
Associate / MFT Intern
Winifred Flach earned a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine
University. She is a graduate of Princeton University (B.A.) and Columbia
University’s School of Journalism (M.S.). Ms. Flach interned at the Southern
California Counseling Center, where she provided therapy for individuals,
children and families, and ran a weekly children’s enrichment group in
conjunction with Project Fatherhood. She also trained at The Baron School/Vista
Del Mar, a therapeutic learning environment for children with autistic spectrum
disorders, ADHD, and other emotional/developmental delays. Ms. Flach
specializes in issues related to anxiety, mood, interpersonal relationships and life
transitions, for adults, adolescents and children. She provides a supportive, safe
environment for her clients, and collaborates with them to identify areas of
strength, create goals and effect change.
In addition to her private practice, Ms. Flach is a research associate at UCLA’s
Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior, and the Consortium for
Neuropsychiatric Phenomics.
